The Service Delivery Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, bridging sales and post-sales operations, responsible for understanding customer requirements, managing escalations, leading the team, overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring effective employee management.

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Experience in working with internal stakeholders teams internal resources, contracting resources, suppliers/hardware vendors .
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire IT Projects and Infrastructure execution
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
