Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and resource allocation.
Define project deliverables, milestones, and timelines in alignment with business goals and client requirements.
Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide clear communication channels between team members and stakeholders.
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to set expectations, address concerns, and report project status.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across various departments to ensure project success.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Qualifications, Certifications, and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
