• We are seeking an experienced Project Leader with deep expertise in .NET technologies, particularly in Core C#, to lead the development and maintenance of real-time trading systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, low-latency applications for financial services, with a focus on optimizing system performance and managing complex software development projects.
• You will be responsible for coordinating development teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Technical Skills: - Expertise in Core C# and related frameworks, including .NET 6/7/8.

- Familiarity with real-time data processing, message queues, and event-driven architectures.

- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization techniques in real-time systems.

- Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and high-availability architectures.

- Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Experience working with trading platforms, market data feeds, and financial APIs (e.g., FIX protocol, Bloomberg, Reuters).

Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
