We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sourcer to join our recruitment team. As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent across various specialized fields. Your role will involve using multiple sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean searches, social media outreach, networking, and other tools to find candidates who match our organization's technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media, to find qualified technical candidates for open positions.
Screening Resumes: Review resumes, portfolios, and candidate profiles to assess technical qualifications, skills, and experience.
Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels, providing them with detailed information about job opportunities and the company culture.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and ensure alignment with the job description

Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of passive and active candidates for both current and future job openings.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary ranges, and technical skill sets in demand to attract top talent and remain competitive in the talent market.
Database Management: Maintain an organized database of sourced candidates, tracking communications and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the recruiting team and hiring managers regarding the status of sourcing efforts, candidate engagement, and recruitment metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a technical sourcer, recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical roles and the ability to comprehend and evaluate technical skills, especially for software development, engineering, data science, or other technology-related fields.
Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or other job boards and candidate databases.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail when reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with recruitment goals.
Problem Solving: Ability to creatively find and engage candidates in a competitive technical hiring market.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in technical sourcing.
ATS Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, for managing candidates and tracking progress.
Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Experience using advanced Boolean search strategies and other sourcing tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards to identify candidates.
Networking: Strong network within the tech community and the ability to build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
