Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through calls and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with leads to successfully convert them into paying customers.
- Efficiently manage and collect client payments.
- Schedule and coordinate client sessions and appointments.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to Sivapriya on client interactions and business progress.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, social media, and online forms in a timely and professional manner.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they are appropriately assigned to suitable programs.
- Offer ongoing client support and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new clients.
- Track and report on social media reach, engagement, and conversions, delivering monthly performance updates.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Assistance or Administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Social Media Management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
