Provide support for REC Operations in the management systems, workflows, and policies linked to the company's ERP system, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes, and strategic planning.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Develop documentation management system and setting up the data exchange process and protocols.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Support management with the annual forecast, budget creation, and planning processes; oversee project hour tracking through timesheets.
Boost the efficiency and effectiveness of Support Services by strengthening the coordination and communication between departments.
Help management/HoDs to oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of financial performance of Departments and Projects against budget, financial and operational targets.
Support the organization in reviewing, enhancing, and standardizing quality-related policies and manuals.
Improve and manage the efficiency and effectiveness of Support Services (HR and Finance) by upgrading each function and fostering better communication and coordination with management functions.
Coordinate training for new employees, PMs, and TLs on the ERP system.
Responsibilities by Function
Manage ERP system and provide support to users on day-to-day basis.
Extract data from ERP for various reporting requirements.
Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
Develop and uphold long-term financial forecasts and plans.
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
Experience and Skills Requirement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
5-10 years of experience in Management reporting, documentation, and MIS handling.
Preferable with background and work experience in Finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerBi, with excellent computing skills and data visualisation.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
3 years of experience in MIS and business reporting.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style.
