Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hypercare Network Architect to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting complex network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Will also be involved on Professional Services/Project related task(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and capacity to identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues.
• Expertise in designing Network architecture.
• Expertise in Network Security Management across different products.
• Knowledge in HLD, LLD.
• Expertise in creating Runbooks.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident response for highly complex network-related problems. Mostly on P1 incidents and requests
• Maintain and update network documentation, including configurations & troubleshooting procedures.
• Lead and mentor NOC L3 & L2 engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in RPF/RFQ and liase with the Business Development for sizing and support
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network upgrades and maintenance.
• Proactively recommend improvements to enhance network performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 10 years in a NOC environment.
• Extensive knowledge of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (not limited to single product). Should have multiple product knowledge (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki etc.)
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CCIE Lab Certified is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud networking, security and virtualization technologies.
