This is a full-time on-site role as a Test Manager based in Navi Mumbai at QualityKiosk Technologies. The Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, test strategy development, testing, and creating test cases. The role involves overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing methodologies.

1. Domain Skillset required : Forex Treasury Domain Knowledge - Should have some experience in Domain
2. Strong in Customer Management Skills.
3. Ability to Follow up and multitask.
4. Should be able to work as individual Contributor when required.

5. Multiple Stakeholder Coordination in Client Business, Developers and Technical Teams

6. Work on Test Design Scenarios Test cases, Test Data , execution , Defect Reporting.

7. Good Communication skills

8. 50% weightage on client handling, co-ordination, employee management, project management, strong behaviour/high pressure soaking approach

9. 25% Forex/Treasury/Trade Finance/Banking Domain 25% other Test management skills )
10. Experience in Pre sales, Estimation, Test planning, sprint planning, SOW test strategy, Defect Management, Quality Metrics, DSR,WSR,MSR, Stakeholder Management, Handling tough clients, Negotiation skills, Documenting evidences, Quality Gates, Test Design

Qualifications
