Experience: 4 - 5 Years.

Skill Required:

• Preferably ITIL certified/ possess knowledge.
• Project Coordination, Stakeholder management.
• Aware of Lean/Six Sigma
• Good with Excel and data analysis
• Must have exposure into SLA adherence
• Delivery Adherence Aspect
• Ticket Analysis/ Ticketing
• Certification into ITIL/ PMP/ Scrum/ Six sigma is preferred
• Current role PMO, Process audits

Qualification:

Any Graduate with Good Communication skills written/verbal.
