NOC Engineer- Connect.in

The NOC engineer as per their scope will be responsible for proactive and reactive monitoring, timely escalation and event management through key open source tools and technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana etc.
for data center environment which includes key monitoring parameters as: CPU Usage Memory Usage Disk Usage Network Links utilization and availability Back up and Replication services Server and network device availability.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND RESOLUTION The NOC Engineer will do the initial troubleshooting using standard procedures and drive the end to end resolution of issues concerning the IT infrastructure by coordinating and working with other IT teams.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE REQUESTS The NOC engineer will be involved as first line in management of incidents and service requests which includes logging and recording, assignment, acknowledging, reporting and follow up with resolver teams till closure. NOC engineer will also be responsible for timely notifications to all stakeholders as per pre-defined guidelines.
