Role: As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for contacting small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India that have shown interest in setting up their products to sell in the US (warm leads) on the world's largest e-commerce platform. You may also need to travel to meet strategic high-value targets to help them onboard. Our organization will provide travel (for meetings), accommodation and other related costs.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Regularly communicate with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls and emails. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to ensure their queries and concerns are addressed and to keep them engaged.
• Explain Service Offering: Clearly explain the services offered by our company to potential clients. Ensure they understand the benefits and features of our services.
• Meeting High-Value Targets: Meet high-value targets in person to discuss our services and negotiate deals. All expenses for these meetings will be paid as per the companys internal policy.
• Data Management: Track all interactions with potential clients and maintain this data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure the CRM is always up-to-date with the most recent information.
• Onboarding Assistance: Assist sellers with the onboarding process. Ensure they understand how to use our platform and services effectively.
• Information Gathering: Gather all required documents from sellers during the onboarding process. Ensure all documents are correctly submitted and stored.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 6 months of sales experience in B2B E-commerce (We welcome freshers too!)
• Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.

• Timings: 10 am - 7 pm
