We're seeking a talent acquisition specialist to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles, having excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
Role & responsibilities
Develop sourcing strategies to create highly effective methods of sourcing talented candidates.
Maximizing social networking opportunities to increase applicant traffic.
Working collaboratively with a Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator to on-board candidates
Must have good experience in handling job boards
Develop and deploy a full cycle recruiting strategy to include pipelining of candidates, mining resumes, selling positions to potential candidates, networking and contacting recruiting sources and attracting best in class candidates
Anticipate industry trends and utilize market information to ensure best in class candidate sourcing
Work closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals, pipelines for upcoming searches.
Manage the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing customer and candidate expectations, extending offers through to onboarding
Find and recommending appropriate talent using innovative sourcing and recruiting
Develop sourcing strategies and use a variety of recruitment campaigns, tactics and methods to attract talent
Required highly convincing and salary negotiation skills.
