Required Qualifications And Experience
Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA – Finance/ Mktg
With relevant experience of 4-5 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage
Should have 2-3 Year of experience in Lending
Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company
Excellent Team management & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
