3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation or support roles
Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Availability Check.
Assist with the setup of Master Data (Customer, Material, Pricing, etc.) and ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, WM, etc.).
Strong hands on STO (Stock transfer orders), Revenue Recognition, Inventory management.
Must have strong Interface experience (IDOCs, EDI, PI/PO) and non- SAP systems (SFDC, CRM, Apttus) integration
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
Provide day-to-day support to end-users, resolving issues related to SAP SD transactions and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC-related issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with business users, project managers, and other SAP functional teams (MM, FICO, WM) to deliver SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
