Basic trouble shooting 11. IT security 12. E-mail server configuration and set up open-source email is an added advantage 13. Backup recovery familiarized 14. Good communication in English Certifications needed MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, Educational Qualification B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc Experience: 9+ years Shift : Night Shift
