Roles & Responsibilities:
Server-Side Development:
Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
Implement APIs to support mobile and web applications.
Ensure the scalability and performance of the applications.
Database Management:
Design and optimize database schemas.
Work extensively with MSSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
Develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers as needed.
Integration and APIs:
Integrate third-party services and APIs.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Follow best practices in software development and design patterns.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Communicate effectively within team members and delegate them to ensure alignment and clarity.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Mentor, motivate and supervise project team and influence them to take proactive and timely action to complete their assigned tasks.
Testing and Debugging:
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js and web development.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development.

Proficient in working with MS SQL databases.
Experience with designing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
