Role & responsibilities

Cash Applications:

Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts.
Review and reconcile bank statements and payment reports.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices.

Collections:

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment terms.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement offers as needed.
