Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to take complete ownership of our recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience, especially within the SaaS industry, and a hands-on approach to finding and securing top talent. As the sole individual responsible for hiring, you will oversee the entire talent acquisition life-cycle, from sourcing to on-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process independently, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews, ensuring alignment with Tagbox s culture and role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, specifically focusing on SaaS-related roles.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Tagbox as a top choice for prospective employees.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, track metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.
• Stay current with industry trends, innovative recruitment tools, and best practices to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Education: MBA or B.Tech degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple roles effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
