Job Role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-3 years of experience in lead generation and business development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new clients.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline with new leads and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales.
Prepare reports and provide updates on the progress of lead generation efforts.
Develop and execute personalized email outreach to engage and nurture potential leads.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for finding and connecting with potential clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Experience in the tech or digital transformation industry is a plus.
