Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment Executive with 2-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline for our organization. This is an office-based role with a 5-day work week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job description
s as needed.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with both active and passive candidates.
Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and prompt responses at each stage of the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with team leads and department managers to identify future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Act as a point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruitment updates and candidate progress.
Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer statuses.
Prepare and present weekly or monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using job boards and social media for recruitment.
Work Location: This is an in-office position; the candidate is expected to work from the office Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with both IT and Non-IT roles.
Basic understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
