Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing and coding applications, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.

Ensure the quality and performance of the applications.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies.

Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.

Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data migration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce development.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System.

Knowledge of Salesforce administration and security.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
