Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated MuleSoft Developer Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in MuleSoft development, ensuring the smooth operation of our integration solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of MuleSoft development and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• MuleSoft Development Support:
  
  
  
  
  • Provide technical support for MuleSoft development projects.
  
  
  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft applications and APIs.
  
  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations and applications.
  
  
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
  
  
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
  
  
  
  


• Integration Management:
  
  
  
  • Monitor and manage MuleSoft integrations to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
  • Implement and manage security policies and procedures for MuleSoft applications.
  
  
  • Perform regular updates and patches to maintain system stability and security.
  
  
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices for MuleSoft development and support.
  
  
  
  


• Customer Support:
  
  
  
  • Provide support to internal and external customers regarding MuleSoft-related issues.
  
  
  • Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  
  
  • Conduct training sessions for users and developers on MuleSoft best practices.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and support.


• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API management.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer.


• Experience with other integration platforms and tools.


• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.


• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
