Provide Voice Support to International Customers

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues involving upselling
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Provide product and service information.
• Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the management as needed.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have minimum 6 months international sales experience in BPM industry
• Should have Excellent communication skills, including verbal/Written with proper grammar in English
• Candidate who are pursuing their graduation from distance learning too can apply but ensuring that examinations are after 06 months from the date of joining.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shift including night shift
