• Gather, analyse the information about customers accounts by calling carriers and maintain the information into the teams databases
• Good Understanding of various telecom carrier data invoices
• Able to comprehend, analyse and input telecom invoice data
• Accomplish daily or weekly production targets without fail
• Showcase exceptional organizational skills, including effective time management
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of invoice reconciliation
• A proactive, confident thinker, proficient multi-tasking
• Highly self-motivated who can work independently as well as a team environment

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 4 years of experience in international customer calling
• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse cultures
• Confident, Professional, and Polite while also being persistent
• Advanced Excel skills
