Achieve daily targets for hardware installations, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
Responsibly handle and resolve customer queries on-site and via phone or email, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate daily reports on installation progress, training activities, and service query resolutions using email, phone, and CRM tools.
Attend all scheduled classroom and online training sessions on new product features and developments organized by the organization.
Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals related to Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT).
