Criteria:

• Education : Any graduate or undergraduate
• Good communication skill is must
• Age : 18-35 years
• Monthly Payout : For Graduate its 14k & for Undergraduate 12k
• Free Transport Facility : Pune - 2 Way Transport (pick & drop) ; Mumbai - 1 way transport (Drop)
• Work from office
• 5 Days Working (Sat & Sun Off)
• Shift time : 12:30pm - 9:30pm

Role & responsibilities

• Assist and observe skilled workers to gain hands-on experience in the chosen field
• Attend theoretical classes and workshops related to the profession as part of the training
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or mentors
• Undertake tasks and assignments to practice the skills learned
• Use tools and equipment related to the trade, ensuring they are properly maintained and used safely
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations in the workplace
• Complete all assignments and projects timely and efficiently
• Provide assistance in a professional manner, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude
• Participate in evaluations and assessments to measure progress and growth
• Adhering to attendance policy & break schedules within shift
• Ability to adapt to changes and constantly keeping oneself updated with process knowledge and changes in ways of working.
