Role & responsibilities

• Working Model - Work From Office
• Calling Type:: Service and Retention
• Shift Timings:: 9:00AM to 9:00PM(Any 9.5 hours including 1 hours break)
• Experience - 1 Year experience in leading/customer process in BPO (On Paper)
• Qualification - Graduation Mandatory
• Responsible for Customer's Issue
• Maintain the basic work hygiene
• Should be polite & Co-operatable

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have patience during Interview and Process
• Candidate should Speak in English & Bengali or Hindi or Odia or Assamese or Panjabi
• English is mandatory.
