Role Overview:

We are seeking an Account Strategist to join our team. As an Account Strategist, you'll engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Effectively listen to clients needs and provide short-term and long-term solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling objections and steering conversations toward productive outcomes.
• Data Utilization: Analyze customer data and leads to adjust your sales approach and better target potential opportunities.
• Revenue Growth: Leverage existing relationships and forge new ones to drive revenue in strategic product areas.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for your accounts, utilizing client tools for segmentation and engagement.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Stay updated on the clients marketing offerings and translate their marketing goals into actionable strategies.
• Pipeline & Forecasting: Regularly update management on your sales pipeline, forecasts, and key results.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Take initiative to resolve challenges and be adaptable in assuming new responsibilities.
• International Voice Experience: Handle outbound calls using dialers in an international voice-based environment.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar software is preferred.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
• Education: Graduate in any field.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, collaborate, and demonstrate agility in a dynamic environment.
• Strong objection handling, customer-centricity, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible with rostered days off and shift work.
