This role is designed for a professional who can drive business growth through proactive sales strategies while ensuring exceptional customer support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Banking Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Execution: Drive the sales of SBI financial products (credit cards, loans, etc.) through proactive customer engagement and outreach.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, conduct daily huddles, and provide regular training sessions and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

Customer Support Leadership:

• Escalation Handling: Serve as the point of contact for escalated customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards in all customer interactions.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize the customer support experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: PUC /Graduate/Diploma
• Experience: Fresher's /1-4 years in sales and/or customer support, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, or BFSI sectors.
• Languages:
• Malayalam (Fluent): Essential for effective customer interaction.
• English (Basic to Intermediate): For internal coordination and reporting.
• Skills:
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong sales coaching, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage both sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics concurrently.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
