Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive Offline Sales to drive business growth by reaching potential customers through direct, on-ground sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up canopy stalls at high-footfall locations across Delhi/NCR, engaging with job seekers, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure strategic locations for setting up canopy stalls to engage with potential customers.
• Plan and execute offline sales campaigns to promote OutSparks job search solutions.
• Educate job seekers about OutSparks AI-powered resume customization, interview preparation, and LinkedIn makeover services.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct sales and on-the-spot conversions.
• Collect customer details, feedback, and insights to improve sales strategies.
• Manage branding, promotional material, and smooth execution of offline campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline sales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or BTL (Below The Line) marketing.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and convert potential customers.
• Self-driven and proactive with a willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR.
• Experience in setting up and managing canopy sales activations is a plus.
• Familiarity with job search services, recruitment, or career coaching industries is a bonus.
