Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, building and managing strong talent networks, and supporting the hiring needs of various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment goals and objectives aligned with organizational needs.
• Create and execute sustainable recruiting strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels including resume databases and talent networks.
• Communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.

• Leverage multiple recruitment channels and tools to attract high-quality candidates.
• Regularly assess the best sources for recruiting and build talent networks for future hiring needs.
• Review applicants and ensure they meet position qualifications and company standards.
• Interview candidates while adhering to company rules and industry regulations.
• Monitor key recruiting performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to enhance IGT's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations governing hiring practices, including personal data privacy regulations.
• Prepare weekly reports outlining the status of ongoing recruitment efforts and any completed tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry with a focus on bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with multi-channel recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, work-from-office position.
• Candidates must be available to work 6 days a week.
• Must be BPO experience.
