Only candidates with experience in software testing in the banking domain will be considered. Experience in non-banking operations, e-commerce, telecom, or healthcare will not be considered.

We are seeking experienced Test Analysts/Sr. Test Analysts with a strong understanding of Treasury operations and a proven track record in testing financial systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Treasury modules (Money Market, Forex, Deals, Derivatives) and a passion for ensuring quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Requirement Analysis: Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to understand functional requirements for Treasury functionalities.
• Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test plans. Execute both manual and automated tests for Treasury modules.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and manage defects related to Treasury functionalities to closure.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and clients.
• Client Facing: Engage with clients to understand their Treasury testing needs and address their concerns.

Essential Requirements:

• Treasury Expertise: Proven working experience in Treasury operations, including Money Market, Forex, Deals, and Derivatives.
• Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with functional, GUI, and regression testing methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Flexcube, Finacle, FIS) is a plus.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate bugs, issues, and test results.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Client Focus: Ability to adapt to client requirements and work collaboratively.
• Banking Domain Experience: Experience in software testing within the banking domain is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messages.
