Position: US non voice and voice process

Qualification: Any Graduate (UG >>> 2019 - 2024 Passed outs)

Location: DLF cybercity, Porur

Shift: Fixed shift timings with Fixed Sat and Sun week offs (Day and Night shifts)

Notice Period: Immediate joining

Date: 15th to 17th Jan

Time: 11 Am - 3 Pm

Location: DLF Porur, Chennai - Block 1c, 4th floor

Interested candidates can directly walk-in for the interview - Gate Pass not needed (Note: In Gate office you can let them know that "you are here for walk-in drive" )

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding their outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices

.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calling & Non-Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
• Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections.
• Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
• Prior experience on charge entry and payment posting

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
