We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations and Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and driving business growth through inside sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and provide regular sales reports.
Support the sales team with the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
6. Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
7. Present product or service offerings to prospective customers and address their inquiries.
8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
