As a Recruiter at Autope Payment Solutions Limited, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, responsible for supporting the hiring process and helping us identify top candidates for various positions within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking sites) to find and attract potential candidates.
Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting Initial Interviews: Perform preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Managing Job Postings: Create and update job postings on company websites and job boards.
Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep track of candidate information and maintain an organized database.

Qualifications:
