We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a specialization in Data Analytics to join our team. This role requires 70% Business Analysis skills and 30% Technical skills in Data Analytics, focusing on analyzing datasets and identifying discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and 6 to 10 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets and identify discrepancies, utilizing strong technical and business analysis skills



• Conduct Requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for data analytics projects



• Manage stakeholder relationships and develop reporting requirements



• Define business scope and objectives, and model business information requirements



• Apply knowledge of US healthcare domain and codes to data analytics projects



• Understand and apply SDLC and Agile scrum model to project development



• Utilize technical database knowledge and BI intelligence tools for reporting



• Triage, troubleshoot, and reproduce issues for engineering teams



• Present findings and provide analytical problem-solving solutions

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Data Analytics



• Strong proficiency in SQL and technical skills in analyzing datasets



• Expertise in Requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation



• Knowledge of US healthcare domain including EHR/EMR, HIPPA, HL7, FHIR, and more



• Understanding of SDLC, Agile scrum model, and technical database knowledge



• Experience with BI intelligence tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, etc



• Excellent triage, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills



• Strong documentation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills



• B2+ English level proficiency
