The Practice A Brief Sketch
The practice is aligned with the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and collaborates with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality video content that aligns with brand guidelines and creative concepts. You will bring visual flair and technical expertise to all video projects, including conceptualizing and executing motion graphics and video edits from the ground up and adapting existing content for various platforms.
You will work closely with the creative team to execute both regional and global projects across various brands. Your key responsibilities will include:
Video Editing Expertise: Utilize your skills in video editing to create compelling and visually appealing content that meets the creative briefs and brand guidelines.
Motion Graphics Proficiency: Develop, visualize and integrate motion graphics into video projects to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
Strong Brand Awareness: Maintain a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret and work in line with overarching brand style guidelines to ensure consistency across all video content.
Collaboration: Work with the creative team to conceptualize and visualize deliverables such as promotional videos, social media content, AVs and digital/web-based video ads.
Cross-Channel Knowledge: Work across a variety of video formats - social media, web, mobile, and compilations. Familiarity with creating digital assets, social media content, and previous production knowledge and expertise are essential.
Master Creation and Adaptation: Produce master video edits for creative briefs and adapt existing videos for various platforms, including but not limited to social media, digital display, and landing pages.
Autonomous: Manage the video production process from start to finish, ensuring all work is shared with the design lead for approval.
Efficient Time Management: Manage multiple video projects to ensure timely execution and delivery. Be organized and detailed about file management, time tracking, and meeting deadlines, whether working from the agency or remotely.
Key Skills:Strong video editing foundation, motion graphics proficiency, cross-channel video production knowledge, creative software knowledge and application (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, FCP, Procreate Dreams and similar tools), production experience, project management, and effective collaborative and communication skills

Work with the leadership to support business development and work showcase in the brand/creative space.
Ability to visualize creative concepts and scripts to plan video treatment and enhance the overall delivery keeping in tune with the brand.
Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Have strong communication and presentation skills to share initial ideas and execution plan with key stakeholders.
Have good client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
Have good team working skills to collaborate, work and ideate with team members with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals.
Possess strong vision for video editing, transitions, motion graphics, treatment and be forthcoming in introducing new approaches to enhance the final output.
Identify new opportunities and propose solutions.
Contribute to Brand & Creative offering development by identifying areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the offering.

Your experience counts!
Overall experience of 6+ years of video editing, motion graphics, and creative production with a major creative agency, major production house or leading MNC. Experience in working across multiple industries.
Demonstrated experience in leading the development of integrated video and motion graphics projects for brands/clients.
In-depth knowledge of video editing, motion graphics development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment.
Experience working with middle to senior management within existing organizations or client organizations.
Hands-on experience and understanding of relevant tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong verbal communication skills.
