Summary:As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. Be involved in the entire deal lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the development of win strategies for deals.

Create and execute negotiation strategies for successful deal closures.

Manage and oversee the entire deal lifecycle.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.

Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in CRM software implementation.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
