Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels in various countries, with a focus on PPC, social media advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and programmatic ad buys
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager and Hubspot
Develop and maintain performance reports, ensuring clear communication of campaign results and learnings to stakeholders
Allocate budgets effectively, optimize campaigns, and conduct thorough performance analyses.
Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates and other key performance metrics
Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing
Requirements
1+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with B2B or Performance/Lead gen brands.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Strong proficiency with online ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledgeable about Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Data Studio.
Familiarity with data processing tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Outstanding communication skills for effective stakeholder management
Certification in Google Marketing Platform or equivalent is a plus
