The Team:
The current openings are in IAD Assets Intelligence team that collect asset level data that helps predicting a score for climate analytical. The team works on various research reports, company documents and company website to collect asset level data.
The team will be working on collection process to add & expand our universe of asset level data.

What s in it for you:
As a data analyst you will be tasked with researching attributes for physical assets across different industries, data is collected and analyzed to identify patterns and trends. Research is conducted on various assets, including their physical characteristics, ownership and location, Databases are developed and maintained to store and organize the data collected. Reports are generated based on the findings, including graphs, charts, and other visualizations. Collaboration with other teams is required to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Findings are communicated to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including senior management, investors, and other relevant parties. Staying up to date with industry trends is necessary, including changes in regulations, market conditions, and emerging technologies. The data analyst plays a critical role in helping the organization make informed decisions about its real estate investments.
Responsibilities:
Performs straightforward, stand-alone tasks or transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures
Responsible for entering and editing data in work tools as per specified guidelines and checklists
Captures comprehensive information on the data tracked by the various industries
Creates reports of work performed during the day via reporting tools. This process will also involve extracting and validating data errors
Reviews feedback involving their content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy
Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence
Contributes to the achievement of personal and team objective
What We re Looking For:
Articulate and fluent communication and sound computer skills are the prerequisites for the positions.
Comfortable in taking initiative, able to handle multiple projects and demonstrating resourcefulness
Good track record of Problem resolution and stakeholder management.
Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work
Strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills
