We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Solution Architect with deep industry experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) or Healthcare verticals. This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce capabilities to deliver tailored solutions for industry-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to BFSI or Healthcare requirements.
Analyze business processes, pain points, and industry standards to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.
Implement complex data models, regulatory compliance solutions, and integrations for BFSI/Healthcare systems.
Define and optimize customer engagement solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud , and other Salesforce products.
Develop solutions to address compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX) within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Lead discovery workshops, documentation of technical designs, and deployment planning.
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and Salesforce industry experts to ensure successful implementation.
Advise on data privacy, security protocols, and integration strategies specific to BFSI or Healthcare.
Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years as a Solution Architect in BFSI or Healthcare domains.
Proven expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud , or relevant Salesforce products.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks for BFSI or Healthcare industries.
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integration tools.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect , Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud Specialist (preferred).
Experience in designing customer-facing solutions with security, compliance, and data governance.
