You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationWe are seeking a skilled Solution Architect specializing in System Integration to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive technology solutions that meet business needs. This role involves leading the technical direction of projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

Certification in solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect).

Experience with modern software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

Knowledge of security frameworks and data privacy standards.

Experience:oMinimum of 12-15 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture or system integration role.oProven experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and APIs.oHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Technical Expertise:oProficiency in integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, GraphQL, ESB, messaging queues).oStrong knowledge of database systems and data modeling.oFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Solution Design and Architecture:oResponsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution designoDrive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, infrastructure and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.oScrutinize the client requirements and current technology / infra landscape, understand our tools, their benefits and outcomes, combine the two to develop detailed specifications and solution roadmapoArticulate the impact certain technical choices might have on the client's business. oEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic IT objectives.oEvaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for system integration.2.System Integration:oDesign and oversee the implementation of APIs, middleware, and data integration solutions.oCollaborate with development teams to integrate diverse systems, both on-premises and cloud-based.oEnsure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated systems.3.Stakeholder Collaboration:oYour typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, solutioning, product, pricing) across Operations, Accenture and our clients, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into the right business / technology solutionsoWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.oTranslate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.oManage stakeholder expectations on the proposed solutionoCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.4.Documentation and Compliance:oCreate and maintain detailed documentation for solution architectures and system designs.oEnsure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.oLeverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs.
