Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Lead Solutions Architect
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead Solutions Architect at the Vice President level to spearhead our pre-sales solutions across diverse technology domains, including Enterprise Apps, Digital Technologies, Data, AI/ML, especially for the clients. This leader will be responsible for crafting compelling, innovative, and winning proposals that exceed client needs in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and exceptional communication skills to guide and influence our pre-sales strategy, ensuring our solutions stand out. The candidate will collaborate with internal partners from sales and delivery teams as well as a broader set of internal global teams for putting together multi-tower solutions.
Responsibilities
o Leadership in Proposal Development : Lead, develop, and deliver responses to RFX across various domains, including Technology (apps and infrastructure/cloud), Digital technology, Data, AI/ML, ERPs, and more, ensuring proposals are robust, client-centric, and stand out in competition. RFX and Proactive Digital solutions with reimagined, disruptive business process outcomes
o Strategic Pre-sales : Design and oversee proactive solution architectures for complex client needs, aligning proposals with business objectives and technical feasibility.
o Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, delivery, and other cross-functional teams to gather insights, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that align with customer expectations and company strategy.
o Innovation and Thought Leadership : Stay at the forefront of industry trends, particularly in AI and Digital Transformation, to ensure our proposals showcase cutting-edge solutions and competitive advantage.
o Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing team of solution architects, setting goals, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on pre-sales excellence.
o Client Engagement : Participate in client meetings and lead presentations as the subject matter expert on the proposed solutions, translating technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language. Should have deep client facing experience and can flex the style according to the audience articulate at an executive level as well as speak in more hands-on details for the technical client audiences.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
o Experience : Relevant years of experience in Technology Solutions Architecture, with a strong focus on pre-sales and proposal development. Prior background in managed software development, Technology transformations, IT services outsourcing, complex systems integrations, IT Services management, cloud migrations, Data and AI/ML development etc. is helpful.
o Domain Expertise : Proficient in solutioning across multiple domains, including ERPs, Digital tools, Data, AI/ML, ERPs, and Cloud Technologies.
o Technical Acumen : Deep understanding of technical concepts across multiple domains, with the ability to quickly learn new areas.
o Industry Expertise: Experience with clients in different Manufacturing and Hi-Tech industries is a plus. Should have a deep understanding of some of the business process areas like Supply Chain Management or Finance.
o Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead deal teams in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
o Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
