We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to design and implement robust solutions that align with our business objectives. Experience in the Finance & Accounting or Automotive Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications using SFDC Development and Customization.

Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface design.

Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.

Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and functionality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop technical specifications and design documents for Salesforce projects.

Ensure that solutions are scalable maintainable and meet quality standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.

Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Lightning for user interface enhancements.

Have solid knowledge of SFDC Integration for seamless data flow.

Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration to optimize system performance.

Experience in Omnistudio is essential for advanced customization.

Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting is a nice to have.

Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members is important.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
