Introduction to team
Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability.
As a Talent Sourcer in the Corporate & Brands team, you ll be responsible for owning sourcing for our Chief Marketing Officer s org in APAC as well as our COO s org in EMEA & APAC. You will work across both regions, in areas of the business that are seeing growth and investment; there are teams here that are growing from scratch, in countries we have only hired few in before. The profiles you will support are largely senior level hires but there will be a need to source for profiles at all levels, both in tech and non-tech job profiles. You ll also be part of a global and dynamic team of 8 who are passionate about delivery and leaning into impactful projects.

You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, team-mates, and the broader People team, while working to find great talent for Expedia Group. In terms of experience, you ll have:
Strong experience in regional sourcing/recruiting top talent in a corporate or agency environment
Experience utilizing Boolean search strings across multiple channels and passionate about creative sourcing
Ability to identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels
Function in a fast-paced/agile environment and shift focus quickly while working autonomously
Passion for diversity and inclusion

Experience and Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in handling sourcing needs for both tech and non-tech roles in APAC and EMEA.
Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques
Partner with Recruiters and Business Leaders to identify and understand the positions technical requirements.
Create successful sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other resources tailored to individual business needs and markets
Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns with internal CRM and Applicant Tracking System (Beamery and Workday respectively)
Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects across multiple roles at Expedia and to unique positions.
Collaborate with candidates and Coordinators in scheduling interviews and collecting interview feedback.
Handle a high volume of requisitions and prioritize workload based on business needs.
Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPIs.
Utilize our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions.
Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines.
Lead and prioritize efforts of diversity and inclusion sourcing.
Advocate Sourcing best-practices to greater team and participate and lead Sourcing training tactics.
Promote exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Understand different Business functions and how they fit into the overall company - be able to educate external talent about different areas within Expedia Group. teams
