Principal Duties
And
Responsibilities:
Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same
Responsible for providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances and HSE management systems
Responsible for the functional and technical specification and implementation of the EHS/ PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi and the likes
Experience of leading diagnostics studies for clients and design end-to-end solutions in line with client requirements . Prepare project & resource plan and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders
Excellent problem identifying and troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
Provide expertise on all functional requirements related to the HSE process developments, vendor assessment and technology implementations
Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project to include value addition towards HSE / PSM
Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design and required documentation for successful implementation of the applications.
Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle
Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the HSE/ Process safety, digital HSE space.
Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
Should be open to travel in and outside the country
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes)
Fundamental understanding of functionalities and Hands-on knowledge of atleast one HSE/ PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS modules, DNV Synergi, consequence modelling tools, control of work, barrier management and performance monitoring KPIs in HSE/PSM areas
Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes (at least 4+ years)
Experience:
Experience in conducting design thinking workshops, collating functional requirements for clients, and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a industry role in control of work, incident management, HSE/ PSM areas.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a team leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)
Experience in delivering large-transformational projects across Industry groups & geographies. Should have handled a team of 3+ experienced resources
The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for delivering consulting engagements
The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite executives
Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage
Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory. Additional experience in VB Scripts, Macros will be preferred.Other Key Competencies and Skills:

Implement digital tools and digital strategies for the clients in HSE space
Use of data analytics to analyze and provide analytical data solutions
Knowledge of IoT, Analytics and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement
Digital industrial workforce and development of digitally enabled solutions
Use of Connected Worker and Connected Construction, Worker Mobility solutions to drive efficiency for maintenance execution & management
Knowledge of consequence modelling tools, Operational risk management, barrier management, advanced MS PowerPoint skills and Project Lifecycle Management
Development of Unique Project Specific deliverables such as HSE management Philosophy, safety culture assessment program, Risk Management program, Communication Matrix, specific process & procedures etc.
Understand, define and manage project scope including scope creep, scope change management and approvals
Development of Project Status Dashboards, Red Flag Reports, Schedule Analysis & other various MIS reports covering major project progress aspects & criticalities
