Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients in remote regions and generate leads through field visits and online research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate IT products, software solutions, and mobile applications effectively to potential clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Field Visits and Client Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and address queries. Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Build trust with clients through effective communication and personalized attention. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitors. Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams based on client feedback. Assist in developing strategic plans to expand sales in remote areas. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports. Submit regular reports to the sales manager detailing completed activities and performance metrics. Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns targeting remote regions. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met during product implementation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions for improving outreach and customer engagement.
