Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Pune.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the application development process

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements

Ensure timely delivery of projects
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Development

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

Experience in leading application development projects

Knowledge of Oracle Siebel configuration and customization

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Development

This position is based at our Pune office
