We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ALM Docker Azure Jenkins SQL Java Python Jira and Maven. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software development processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance efforts for software development projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domain

Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools such as Jenkins and Maven

Provide expertise in ALM to manage and track software development lifecycle processes

Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure consistent environments for testing

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure to streamline development and deployment processes

Develop and maintain test scripts using Java and Python to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle

Use SQL to validate data integrity and ensure accurate data processing in applications

Manage and track testing progress and defects using Jira

Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet scalability and performance requirements

Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and quality metrics to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance

Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

Must have strong experience in ALM Docker Azure Jenkins SQL Java Python Jira and Maven

Must have domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management

Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills

Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Nice to have experience with other testing tools and frameworks

Must be proactive and able to work independently to achieve quality goals.
