- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Leverage AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Astra), including object-based databases, to build scalable and resilient cloud-native architectures.
- Implement robust security measures using OAuth and other authentication/authorization protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from design to deployment.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of microservices and service meshes using technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Istio.
- Utilize Netflix OSS tools (e.g., Eureka, Hystrix, Zuul) to build reliable and fault-tolerant microservices.
- Implement data processing pipelines using AWS Big Data services (e.g., EMR, Kinesis, Redshift).
- Develop reusable software components with a focus on generic usage and maintainability.
- Implement application monitoring and instrumentation using tools like OpenSearch and Prometheus.
- Monitor and optimize application performance using tools like Logstash and cloud-native monitoring solutions.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments
- 4+ years of eCommerce development and/or operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience in application design, software development, testing and production support of Java-J2EE based
- eCommerce applications.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and thorough understanding of JSON, JavaScript, CSS.
- Experience with NoSQL database technologies such as Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Mongo DB or CouchDB.
- Experience with one of the Cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong team player skills
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing Java applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and service meshes.
